About Atkin

Jacqueline Atkin, APRN, is an advanced registered nurse practitioner at Transform Women’s Care. She has been with the team since 2018 and provides dedicated, personalized care to patients in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Jacqueline earned her Associate of Arts from Broward College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She then graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University in Miami before completing her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.

At Transform Women’s Care, Jacqueline performs routine physical gynecological examinations and focuses on reproductive health, treatment of diseases, contraceptive counseling, guidance for menopause, wellness, and preventive care. Jacqueline is currently a neonatal intensive care nurse in Pembroke Pines, Florida, where she cares for acutely ill patients. She has also previously worked as an aesthetic injector, providing Botox®, fillers, mesotherapy, tattoo removal, and more.

Jacqueline is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, S.T.A.B.L.E., first aid, and automated external defibrillator (AED) use. She is a member of the South Florida Council of Advanced Practice Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys volunteering. She has participated with Feed My Starving Children, gone on a mission trip to Nicaragua, and regularly volunteers at Sunday school at Potential Church in Cooper City, Florida.
